The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 420 of IPC, in Crime No.15 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of prosecution is that the first accused, who was working as a temporary computer operator in Villupuram Municipality, by falsification and fabrication of documents has misappropriated Government funds to the tune of Rs.8,01,38,245/-. Hence this case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent would submit that this is the third anticipatory bail petition, there is no changes in the facts and circumstances. However, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, this anticipatory bail was dismissed twice by this Court on merits in Crl.O.P.No.28980 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024 and Crl.O.P.No.2241 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025, this is the third anticipatory bail petition, there is no changes in the facts and circumstances of 2/4

the case and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 06.10.2025 rna Note :
