Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in the order dated 27.03.2018 in Crl.OP.No.8065 of 2018 so far as it relates to the direction to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m pending disposal of the investigation in Crime No.184 of 2017 Paparapatti Police Station, Paparapatti.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.NICHOLAS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.O.P.No.8065 of 2018 on 27.03.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P.No.8065 of 2018 on 27.03.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P.No.8065 of 2018 on 27.03.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioners will themselves be available, as and when required by the respondent.
