2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the 1st respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that on the complaint given by Sridevi against the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.640 of 2018 and the same was closed on 30.06.2018.
