2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint, a FIR was registered in Crime No.488 of 2023 on 25.07.2023 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) and 420 of IPC. A copy of the FIR was also furnished before this Court.
