Respondent Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent police to produce the body of the petitioner's son, by name, R.Bhuvachandra, aged about 23 years, S/o.Chandramouli @ R.Battiah, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN,J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed before this Court, by the father of the detenu, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondent police to produce the detenu, namely, R.Bhuvachandra, aged about 23 years, S/o.Chandramouli @ R.Battiah, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The petitioner, who is the father of the detenu, has stated that his son has been missing from 13.12.2015. While so, a complaint had been lodged, by one Ramanjalu, before the Tirumangalam Police Station, in Crime No.619 of 2015, stating that his daughter has been missing.

3.Today, when the matter had been listed for hearing, the detenu and his father, who is the petitioner herein, had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appeared before this Court. The detenu had stated that he had married one Mounica, aged about 19 years. Due to the resistance shown by the parents of the detenu for the said marriage, he had run away from home. He had further stated that he is willing to go along with his father, for the present.

4. In view of the submissions made by the detenu, who is aged about 23 years, we find it appropriate to set him at liberty and we permit him to go along with his father, the petitioner herein, who is present before this Court, as per his wish.

5. In such circumstances, we are of the view that no further orders are necessary in this petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
