C.M.P.No.17924 of 2021 in CMA.S.R.No.36798 of 2020 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 561 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.I.Malar has appeared for the 2nd respondent/insurance company.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence, the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the appellants/petitioners will not be entitled to any interest for the said period i.e, for 561 days.

4. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.I.Malar when the matter is listed for admission.
