Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to EXTEND the time grant in CRL.O.P.No. 4106 of 2018 order 20th of February 2018 for executing the sureties Before the Judicial Magistrate No.5 at Coimbatore.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.RAGHURAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions, vide order dated 20.02.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.No.4106 of 2018, is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on condition that the petitioner shall pay the cost of Rs.1,000/- to the concerned Taluk Legal Service Authorities, before execution of sureties and the petitioners shall comply the conditions imposed by this Court.
