Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAMTA PANDEY, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Respondent side is absent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that monetary clause directing the petitioner to deposit the amount, has been complied with.

3. With regard to signing before the trial Court on the first working day, it is submitted that the petitioner has suffered cancer and was taking treatment and she has also produced Medical Certificate in support of the case and hence, she seeks relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking note of the above submissions, the condition is relaxed to the limited extent that she shall appear before the trial Court once in 3 months on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., -sd/- 14/06/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
