This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15480 of 2022 on 15.07.2022 that the petitioner shall stay at Ulunthurpet and appear before the Ulunthurpet Polcie Station twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter appear before the respondent police for a period of two weeks thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
