CMP No.17465 of 2022 in C.M.A.Sr.No.75868 of 2018 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to restore C.M.P.No.8633 of 2019 in C.M.A.Sr.No.75868 of 2018 as per order of this Court dated 08.04.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.S.P.Yuvaraj, learned counsel, who takes notice for respondents 1 to 6/claimants.

3.Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given for restoration of C.M.P, the petition is allowed and the C.M.P.No.8633 of 2019 is restored to file.
