This application is filed for substituted service on the sixth defendant. The applicant / plaintiff states that notice was ordered on the sixth respondent on 01.07.2022. Upon issuing notice, the same was returned with the endorsement "left". Thereafter, notice was ordered once again and the applicant was permitted to serve notice by e-mail to the sixth respondent. In spite of taking multiple steps to serve notice, notice could not be served. This application is filed in the said facts and circumstances.

2. Upon considering the above reasons, this application is liable to be allowed. However, in addition to the Malayalam daily "Kerala Kaumudi", publication should also be effected in the COCHIN edition of the English daily "THE TIMES OF INDIA". The next date of hearing shall be specified in the notice as 08.09.2022. This application is allowed on the said terms.
