In the second appeal, the sole appellant died. The petition is filed by the proposed petitioners to substitute them as legal heirs on records. The petitioners have filed the death certificate of the sole appellant which shows that the appellant died on 13.08.2020 and also filed legal heirs certificate dated 21.09.2021 issued by the Tashildar, Sendurai Taluk which shows the petitioners as the legal heirs of the deceased/appellant.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection. This civil miscellaneous petition is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

4. Post the matter after two weeks.
