ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer passed as early as on 30.06.2006. Now, after the order of transfer, 11 years have lapsed and therefore, the issues which are raised in the writ petition do not survive for consideration and therefore this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
