This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the above appeal as against the Judgment dated 06.03.2025 passed in C.C.No.5518 of 2021 on the file of the XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 18 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
