O R D E R The present Revision has been preferred to set aside the suo moto altered charges framed by the trial judge on 14.06.2023 in S.C.No.1 of 2021 pending trial before the Sessions Court for Exclusive Trial of Bomb Blast Cases & Special Court under the Prevention of Terrorism Act, 2002 and National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, Chennai at Poonamallee.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died on 11.11.2024 and produced a death certificate to that effect.
