CR.NO. 15 OF 1993 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Villupuram on all working days at 10.30am until further orders and on the other days the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 11072 of 2018 dated 11.4.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SELVARANGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11072 of 2018 dated 11.04.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram on all working days at 10.30.a.m., until further orders and on other days, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11072 of 2018 dated 11.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram once in a month, i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 14/06/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
