Petition filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code seeking to withdraw and transfer I.D.O.P.No.1901 of 2015, on the file of the II Family Court, Chennai to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

O R D E R
The petition is to transfer the matrimonial proceedings in I.D.O.P.No.1901 of 2015 from the II Family Court at Chennai to the Family Court at Coimbatore.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears for the respondent inspite of printing the name of the counsel in the cause list.
3.The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. The marriage was solemnized on 08.11.2013. Since the relationship between the parties was not cordial, the respondent filed petition for divorce before the II Family Court, Chennai. The petition was registered as I.D.O.P.No.1901 of 2015. The petitioner on receipt of summons filed this petition for transfer.

There is no denial of the said fact. The petitioner is unemployed. It is the submission of the petitioner that it will not be possible for her to come over to Chennai for the purpose of prosecuting the proceedings. In view of the factual matrix, the petition deserves to be allowed.
5.In the result, the proceedings in I.D.O.P.No.1901 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of the II Family Court, Chennai and is transferred to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore for disposal on merits.
6.The transfer petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
