This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the notification made in NOTIFICATION NO.R1/12907/2020 dated 14.10.2020, issued by the fourth respondent/Registrar, quash the same and direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to issue a fresh notification by duly complying with the staffing pattern and pay scales as prescribed by ICAR and also by applying the communal roaster system correctly.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel Page No.2 of 5

appearing for respondents 3 & 4 submitted that the petitioner died on 12.07.2023 and to substantiate the same, he has also produced a copy of the death certificate.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 & 4, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 11.11.2024 (vm) Index :
