This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Inspector of Police (Law & Order), Chidambaram Town & Taluk, Cuddalore District, the respondent herein to file the final report regarding the Crime No.105/2018 dated 17.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR and the fact that the FIR was registered in the year 2018, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.105 of 2018 within a period of six https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
