O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.5.2025 to conduct and conclude the enquiry within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police and perused the materials available on record.
3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
4. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature. The petitioner has given criminal colour to the civil dispute. No criminal offence is made out as against the accused persons. The petitioner is trying to get the help of the respondent Police by way of obtaining a direction on the petitioner's representation, and also seeking indulgence of this Court. This Court is not inclined grant the relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition.
5. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
