This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Kanchipuram District to dispose the case in C.C.No.160 of 2013 within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, out of thirteen witnesses, four witnesses have been examined and one witness has died.

3. Taking into consideration these facts, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, to dispose of C.C.No.160 of 2013 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
