Earlier, when the above petition taken up for hearing on 24.04.2023, this court allowed the above petition to condone the delay of 944 days on condition to pay a cost of Rs.6000/- to the counsel for respondent within a period of two weeks and on compliance of the same, Registry was directed to number the appeal and posted the matter for admission on 16.06.2023.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing for reporting compliance, Mr.J.Prithivi, learned counsel for petitioner appeared and submitted that in pursuant to the order dated 24.04.2023, he has paid the cost to the learned counsel for respondent and to that effect, he filed a cost memo.

3. Recording his submissions, the condition imposed by this court is duly complied with. Accordingly, Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise found to be in order.
