Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7461 of 2018 order dt.24.04.2018 in Crime No.141 of 2018 on the file of the Respondent Police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.ARVIND KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7461 of 2018 dated 24.04.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7461 of 2018 dated 24.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner

is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., first day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 14/06/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
