CRIME NO.729/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on order dated 20/11/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.18330 of 2020 in Crime No.729 of 2020 that the petitioner should sign before the Respondent Police Station every day at Morning 10 a.m. until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MURUGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is irregular in appearing before the respondent police. He has not appeared before the respondent police for the past two months.
