ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner made a representations to the respondent on 2.3.2009, 29.10.2009 and 2.12.2010. Till now, there is no response from the respondent. Therefore, he submitted that it would suffice if the respondent is directed to consider the said representations.

3. Considering the submission made and in view of limited scope of the prayer, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representations dated 2.3.2009, 29.10.2009 and 2.12.2010, on merits and in accordance with law, as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

expeditiously as possible, but within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a coy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the said representations along a copy of this order to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
