proceedings in FIR in Crime No.128 of 2025 pending on the file of SubInspector of Police, Thazhambur Police Station against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), would submit that in this case, the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned District Munisf cum Judicial Magistrate, Tirupur, on 13.05.2025.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report before the concerned Court in the manner known to law.
