The petitioner made an application on 27.08.2015 seeking issuance of joint patta in pursuance of the sale deed said to have been executed vide document No. 5097 of 2014. As no action is forthcoming on the part of the respondent No. 1, with regard to the said application dated 27.08.2015, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent No. 1.
3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondent No. 1 is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 27.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as third parties, if any, including the respondent No. 2 as well as the vendor of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
