ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner died on 20.10.2015 and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition as nothing survives for consideration and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
