This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 7 to 10 herein as legal representatives of deceased 3rd respondent.

2. Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending appeal, the 3rd respondent died on 06.06.2020. Hence, he has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.A.Sundaravadhanam, learned counsel for respondents 2, and 4 to 6 appeared and submitted his no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 3rd respondent are are impleaded as respondents 7 to 10 in the above Second Appeal.

5. Notice to the proposed respondents 7 to 10 through court and post returnable by 30.08.2022. Private notice is also permitted.
