This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in WMP.No.2466 of 2023 in W.P.No.2379 of 2023 dated 30.01.2023.

2.Heard Mr.K.Venkatramani, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Kumara Guru, learned counsel for the respondent. 3.The order passed in W.P.No.31093 of 2022, dated 22.11.2022 has now resulted in proceedings dated 20.1.2023. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has to necessarily challenge the proceedings and the merits or otherwise of the proceedings dated 20.1.2023 cannot be gone into in this contempt

petition. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition.
