This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 120 days in filing this criminal appeal against the judgment in SC.No.55 of 2020 dated 19.12.2024 passed by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 120 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
