ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose petitioner representation dated 20.04.2026 and consequently issue directions to initiate suitable proceedings against the 4 and 5 respondents.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that based on the petitioner's representation, C.S.R. No. 509 of 2026 has been assigned.

3. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to dispose of the said C.S.R. within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing due notice to the counter-parties. __________Page 2 of 4
