Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court under its order dated 12/08/2016 in Crl.M.P.No.8555 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.621 of 2016 directing the petitioner to appear before the Trial court on the first working day of the month at 10.30 a.m., once every 3 months and pass such further or other order.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.RAMAKRISHANAN, Advocate for M/S.WARAON AND SAI RAMS, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI-cases, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court by an order dated 12.08.2016, granted suspension of sentence with a condition that the petitioner appear before the trial Court once in three months on the first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Seeking relaxation, the present petition has been filed.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that for the past five years, the petitioner has been complying with the said condition and due to his present medical condition he finds it very difficult to appear before the trial Court once in three months and hence on medical grounds seeks relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases appearing for the respondent would submit that it is an usual condition imposed in all the appeals and therefore the petitioner may be directed to appear before the trial Court and the order of this Court need not be relaxed.
4. I have heard the rival submission.
5. Considering the fact that for the past five years the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and also considering his present medical condition on medical grounds this petition is ordered, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court once in six months, on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 23/11/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
