Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's husband, by name, Sathish Babu, S/o.Chandran, aged about 34 years, who is illegally detained by the respondents 3 and 4, before this Court and to set him at liberty. O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN,J) The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu, by name, Sathish Babu, S/o.Chandran, aged 34 years, has preferred this Habeas Corpus Petition praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's husband before this Court, who is alleged to have been illegally detained by the respondents 3 and 4, and to set him at liberty. 2.Mr.P.Pugalenthi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the detenu had been arrested and detained by respondents 3 and 4 illegally, without following the procedures established by law.

At this stage of hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, Mr.V.M.R.Rajentren, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, had submitted that the petitioner had been arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, in connection with the case, in Crime No.479 of 2016, for the offence under Section 397 IPC, on 10.02.2016.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we are of the view that no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
