Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Honble Court in order dated 28.03.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.No.10193 of 2018 before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRAKASH ADIAPADAM Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10193 of 2018 dated 28.03.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30.a.m. and 5.30.p.m, until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10193 of 2018 dated 28.03.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., first day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 25/06/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
