O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the FIR No.33 of 2012 dated 30.06.2012 on the file of District Crime Branch, Anti Grabbing Special Cell, Salem District and quash the same.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has already been completed in FIR No.33 of 2012 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and charge sheet is also made ready. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time for filing the said charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court.

3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing of the charge sheet, the learned Magistrate is also directed to receive the same and proceed further in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
