Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 1st respondent passed in by his proceedings No.AEE/O&M/S/Kodumudi/DS/No.226/2013 dated 15.12.2013 and quash the same, and cosequently direct the 1st respondent to restore the agricultural service connection to the petitioner in service connection NO.044-044-195, Chennasamudra Village, Kodumudi Taluk. The relief sought for in this writ petition is for providing electricity service connection in respect of service connection NO.044-044-195.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent states that electricity service connection in the said service https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

connection number has already been done and reconnection was given.

3. In this regard, the 1st respondent has filed an additional counter affidavit and it is relevant to extract below paragraph No.6 of the same:

''The respondent respectfully submit that supply to the said service 04-044-004-195 was reconnected on 16.09.2015 as per the request of the EE/PWD dated 14.09.2015.''

4. In view of the additional counter affidavit filed by the 1st respondent stating that reconnection was given to the said service connection number, no further orders are required in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
