This application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 1022 days in filing the written statement in C.S.No. 922 of 2015. The suit is one for recovery of money based on memorandum of understanding under which, according to the counsel for the defendant certain company's shares have to be transferred by the defendant as well as the plaintiff. It is also stated that as connected suit in O.S.No. 4210 of 2014 filed before the XVII Assistant City Civil Court has been decreed.
