This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 10.03.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.860 of 2022 in C.C.No.35 of 2021 by the Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai.
2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) takes notice for the first respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
