Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2012 in the event of paying the compensation amount with regard to the land acquired by them in R.S.No.453/1, 2 and 454 of Erode "C" Village (Kasipalayam group), Erode District to the extent of 1.20 acres vide award No.1/1994 dated 10.06.1994 directly to the petitioner with regard to her legitimate proportionate share instead of depositing the same to the credit of the third respondent.
