No.E7/2013/27749 dated 06.12.2013 and quash the same insofar as it states that the petitioners herein, appointed under the UGC XI plan are not eligible for the Christmas vacation for the academic year 2013-14 between 23.12.2013 to 01.01.2014 and consequently direct that the petitioners herein are eligible for all benefits including vacation holidays on par with other teaching faculty members working in the respondent University.
