ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to file final report to comply with the order in Crl.M.P.No.5423 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Alandur dated 09.12.2022 and register FIR within the stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.157 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
