This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge (Chief Judicial Magistrate), Dharmpauri, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.," in Crl.M.P.No.4284 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.165 of 2017, dated 22.03.2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner, would report before this Court that the conditional order passed by this Court has been complied with. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels, the condition imposed by this Court as stated supra, is modified as follows: The petitioner viz., Kalaichelvi, is directed to appear before the learned Special Judge (Chief Judicial Magistrate), Dharmpauri, once in six months i.e., on the first working day of every six months, until further orders.
