Cont.P. No.1510 of 2021 complied with. In support of the same, he has also produced a copy of the order of the respondent vide proceedings in Proc.No.Ser.3(1)/46676/2013, dated 09.12.2021 to that effect.

2.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
