Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of tim for further period for 15 days for complying with the order of this Honble court in Crl.O.P.No. 11139 of 2018 dated 13.04.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SASIKUMAR Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying the order dated 13.04.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.No.11139 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel would submit that in the order dated 13.04.2018 at paragraph 7(b), the total amount of deposit was shown as "totalling to Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) instead of "totalling to Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only).

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and issue a fresh order copy.

4. Time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions, vide order dated 13.04.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.No.11139 of 2018, is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the amended order.
