J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN,J.) Based on the letter dated 09.02.2024 filed by the learned counsel for the appellant before the Registry, these writ appeals have been listed today under the caption "for withdrawal".

2. When these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ appeals, as the petitioner intends to settle the disputes under the provisions of The Tamil Nadu Taxes (Settlement of Arrears) Act, 2023 and he has also filed a memo dated 16.02.2024 seeking withdrawal, besides making an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the memo dated 16.02.2024 filed by the petitioner and 2\4

the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these writ appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
