CR.NO. 122 OF 2015 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition which was imposed before the respondent police daily at 10.30am and until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in the above Crl.O.P.No.1846 of 2018 dated 16.03.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MUBARAK BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1846 of 2018 dated 16.03.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioners, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1846 of 2018 dated 16.03.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., first day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
