CR.NO.2967 OF 2017 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed respondent Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 11479 of 2018 order dated 27.4.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VIVEKANANTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11479 of 2018 on 27.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11479 of 2018 on 27.04.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, for the past 54 days.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11479 of 2018 on 27.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner

shall report before the respondent police on first of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
