Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the fourth respondent relating to the impugned order dated 19.12.2013 bearing ref: PTC/2013/349 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to continue running of Anglo-French Textile Mills.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records in respect of the order issued by the fourth respondent on 19.12.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondents to continue to run the Anglo-French Textile Mills.

2. On a perusal of order impugned in this writ petition dated 19.12.2013, it is seen that the lay off was declared only for 30 days from 21.12.2013 on wards. Thus, the period of 30 days lapsed on 20.1.2014 and since, the order impugned itself lapsed in 2014 itself, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. However, if any other grievances exist for the writ petitioner, it is left open to the writ petitioner to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
