Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to permit the petitioner to examine his answer sheets pertaining to the four papers viz., Translation paper, Law Paper I, Law Paper II and Law Paper III written by the petitioner in respect of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Exam conducted by TNPSC on 2.8.2008 and on 3.8.2008 as per the order passed by the second respondent dated 17.07.2009 within a date that may be fixed by this Court. O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission states that as far back in the year 2012 itself the said respondent has taken a stand that the original answer sheets can be shown to the candidates and thus, there is no grievance surviving of the petitioner. He further submits that none has come to see the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

original answer sheets and if the petitioner will come, they will show the original answer sheets.

2. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2009 is closed.
